TIP:
If you look at the full whois you will notice registrar expiry date and registry expiry date. When a domain expires, it is provisionally renewed so the registry expiry date is +1 year. The registrar can still drop the name and get a refund from the registry within 45 days. So you need to pay attention at registrar expiry date.
